We live in an unprecedented moment for the organizational and social environment, an era of critical changes, abundant information, sometimes excessive, and a lot of play on words in an attempt to reframe and attract attention. Entrepreneurs, leaders, consultants, managers, professionals and students, all with the same feeling:

BXD International Alliance was founded in 2017 with the intention of bringing together and helping professionals who share this feeling and value a collaborative content curation service that is closely linked to the pragmatism of the ability to use the recommended knowledge.
With the adoption of Business Experience Design, and in an inclusive way, as it allows the use of complementarities between existing disciplines, methods, principles and techniques, we have taken another important step in the evolution of strategic orientation approaches. With BXD, we enable ourselves to see the fundamental structures of organizations in a less fragmented way, and too skewed by urgencies created by ephemeral fads, unbalanced ambitions and the constant pain caused by functional isolated views.

BXD understands the organizational structure as a Dynamic, Volatile, Multi Thematic and Multidimensional organism. With the support of BXD Smart Grid®, we reached new understandings and assessments on the dimensions and themes that constitute the essence of business models for companies of all sizes and purposes, in addition to the different stages of growth and maturity (from Startup to large business, including public organizations).
Therefore, a trained professional who uses BXD in his daily work, a Business Experience Designer, needs to be able to help reduce organizational fragmentation (1), enable leaders to make better decisions (2) and deliver positive experiences for the humanity (3).
We will soon publish, collaboratively and online, all the content related to the Organizational Experience Design, as well as details of the BXD Smart Grid and the set of skills foreseen for professional performance.
At this time, our efforts are focused on publishing the first version of the Business Experience Design Body of Knowledge. Complementarily, and to stimulate the development of the BXD community, we will also make available an online academy and a thematic social network with private circles for members of the BXD International Alliance.
