BXD Development Hub

BXD ia© encourages and supports the creation of Development Hubs worldwide. A Development Hub is:

• A direct communication channel with the BXD ia “Hub Council” and others “Hubs”
• A “digital” and local touchpoint for the professional community 
• A “unity” capable of planning and deliver BXD events
• An Holacracy oriented leadership model
• If you are used to traditional associations, a Hub would be something like an authorized local chapter
• Finally, a Hub is also a “digital space” run by a local leadership (a Catalyst) - trained by BXD ia© and aligned with the BXD Manifest and its Code of Ethics.
